Delivery area and cost
Our store ships to addresses throughout Canada, including Quebec and every Canadian province and territory. Standard delivery is free. Delivery outside Canada is not currently offered.
Preparing and transporting your parcel
Allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, the usual transit period is another 4–6 business days. These estimates describe two consecutive stages; weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Supply a complete delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; we will check whether an amendment is still possible before dispatch. Weather, carrier disruption or address problems can affect transit.
Delivery support
For a parcel that is delayed or an item damaged in transit, email support@hamiltonbeachlife.shop with the order number and relevant details. We can then review the shipment and help with the next step.
