Your return window
If an item does not suit you, or arrives with a defect, ask us for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Email support@hamiltonbeachlife.shop with your order number and the item concerned. Describe any damage or fault so we can arrange the appropriate help.
Sending an item back
Wait for our instructions before returning a parcel. We will confirm the return destination and shipping arrangements. The contact address listed below is not automatically a returns address. We cover the cost of return shipping for both a change of mind and defective goods.
Exchanges and refunds
Tell us if you would prefer an exchange; we will check the requested replacement's availability. For a refund, we will send you the review decision and, after approval, process payment back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider usually needs another 5–10 business days after issuance to post the money. These are separate processing and posting periods.
If you are waiting beyond the applicable period, send us your order number so we can investigate.
